Pickup services are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Clients simply call or message us when they require a pickup, and we arrange a day and time that works for both parties.
Please note: We do not offer guaranteed pickup times (e.g., 9 a.m. sharp). Pickups are scheduled for morning or afternoon windows depending on route availability.
Extra charges apply when services are provided outside the city. And
when customers throw away restricted items. Here is a list of restricted items
- No Food Waste
- No Ballasts from light fixtures
- No Chemicals of any kind
- No Flammable or Combustible materials
- No Oil or Paint Products (Empty or Not)
- No Freon (Fridges, Freezers, AC units, water coolers)
- No Asbestos
- No Propane Tanks
- No Batteries
- No Railway Ties or Treated Wood
- No Tires
- No Mattresses in Edmonton
- $25 Mattress Fee for Calgary
- No Concrete or Dirt in the 20 Yard Bins
- No Biological waste
- No animal carcasses

A 6% fuel surcharge may apply on certain invoices.
Additional charges may apply for service areas outside Calgary city limits.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that restricted items are not placed in bins. Improper disposal may result in fines or refusal of service.
🚫 Restricted Items (Not Permitted in Bins):
Food waste
Ballasts from light fixtures
Chemicals or hazardous materials
Flammable or combustible materials
Oil, paint, or solvents (even if containers are empty)
Refrigerated appliances containing Freon (fridges, freezers, A/C units, water coolers)
Asbestos
Propane tanks or cylinders
Batteries
Railway ties or pressure-treated wood
Tires
Biological or medical waste
Animal carcasses
Grass or lawn clippings
Concrete or dirt in 20-yard bins
Mattresses:
Calgary: Allowed with a $25 surcharge per mattress
Edmonton: Not accepted
